An unboxing video is mandatory as proof to initiate any return or exchange request.

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
5. Return Shipping Policy 🚚

If your return request is approved, you must self-ship the product to our return address.

The company will not bear any return shipping charges. All return costs must be paid by the customer.

Once the return is inspected and approved, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

The deducted amount will vary based on your location and the actual shipping charges we incurred to deliver your order.

The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

We do not send agents to collect return parcels from your doorstep.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange 📨

Cancellation Policy 🚨

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

After 1 hour, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
